Requirements

Sales and customer service experience
Experience using ERP systems and inventory management systems
Effectively able to perform data entry tasks
Familiar with e-commerce platforms is preferred


Sales Support Clerk Job Duties

Manage and process Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) orders.
Ensure accuracy in inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipment tracking.
Handle returns and refunds.
Manage data related to e-commerce sales orders.
Provide sales support to the inside sales team.
Perform basic order entry tasks.
Collaborate with the warehouse/inventory teams.


Schedule - 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay - $18 - $21 per hour
