Range: $50 to $60 per hour Shift: Night Duration: 13 weeks
(Contract) Job Description Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking a
skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Room
in Clovis, CA. This is a critical role that requires quick
decision-making and the ability to provide high-quality care in a
fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assess and triage
patients based on medical need and urgency. Provide emergency care,
including administering medications, performing procedures, and
monitoring vital signs. Collaborate with physicians, specialists,
and other healthcare team members to develop and implement
individualized care plans. Document patient assessments,
interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly. Educate
patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions,
and follow-up care. Maintain compliance with hospital policies,
procedures, and regulatory standards. Requirements Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license in California. Minimum of 2 years of
experience in an Emergency Room setting (preferred). BLS and ACLS
certifications required. Strong clinical assessment skills and
ability to work effectively under pressure. Skills Proficient in
emergency nursing practices and protocols. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a
