start. Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Pricing & Estimating
Manager – Level 3 , to join our team . The preferred location for
this role is Redondo Beach CA . We may consider one of our other
major Space sector locations (to include): Denver CO ; Linthicum MD
; McLean VA ; Chandler AZ ; or, Magna/Promontory UT . Role and
Impact: Manage the department staffing, resources, tools, and
training (as needed). Engage with Business Unit/Division leadership
to develop estimating strategies needed to successfully capture new
business. Understand and adhere to internal and external policies
and procedures as it pertains to the role. Establish strategic
relationships both internally with business unit leadership, and
externally, with government counterparts. Maintain a database of
cost and non-cost data. Other duties as assigned. As a leader with

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (to
include: Economics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Operations
Analysis, Engineering) with 8 years of relevant professional
experience including people management experience – OR – Master’s
degree in a relevant discipline (to include: Economics,
Mathematics, Business, Finance, Operations Analysis, Engineering)
with 6 years of relevant professional experience. Will consider an
additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree. Experience
leading projects and/or experience directly or indirectly managing
others. Proven ability to evaluate, integrate, and communicate cost
issues and risks to senior and executive management. Demonstrated
expertise in business management, cost/risk modeling, pricing,
estimating, and a working understanding of Government and
commercial contracting and subcontracting. Excellent communication
skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to use them in
informing, presenting, negotiating and problem solving with a wide
range of professionals and leadership. Ability to travel up to 75%
of the time. Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security
clearance at time of application, current and within scope. US
Citizenship is a prerequisite. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge
of Northrop Grumman Mission Enabling Products (MEP) portfolio past
and current. ICEAA certification (e.g., PCEA or CCEA). Relevant
experience (including exposure) in the cost/business management/ops
research world, with a strong knowledge of quantitative risk
techniques, cost and risk modeling, probability, and government
contracts. Experience in the aerospace industry. Demonstrated
experience to maintain independence while conducting analysis. Well
versed in a broad range of cost estimating methodologies with the
ability to implement, model and train them effectively. Active SCI

Level Salary Range: $159,500.00 - $263,200.00 The above salary
range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman
considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers
such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the
candidate's experience, education, skills and current market
conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible
for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in
addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions
may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop
Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance
coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid
holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal
