Job Description:

Clean Harbors is looking for a dedicated and reliable Class B Driver to join our transportation team and contribute to our mission of safeguarding the environment by facilitating the efficient handling and disposal of industrial and hazardous wastes. This role emphasizes adherence to safety protocols to protect you, the community, and the environment. As a core member of our logistics squad, you will play a pivotal part in handling emergency spill responses and industrial services to ensure all transportation assignments align with company and regulatory standards. Operate Class B vehicles for waste hauling and emergency response. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards. Perform daily inspections of the vehicle and maintain cleanliness. Coordinate logistics and route planning to enhance operational efficiency. Manage paperwork associated with waste transport, including manifests. Engage in continuous training on hazardous waste handling and emergency response. Proficient in driving Class B vehicles. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance. Ability to manage hazardous materials safely. Strong organizational and route planning skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B with Hazmat endorsement. Clean driving record. DOT physical exam certification. Preferable: OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training.
