Job Details Seeking an experienced transactional attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our firm's operations and success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of transactional and corporate matters, including: ° Starting, buying, selling, merging, and dissolving businesses ° Protecting business secrets and IP/Trademark & Copyright ° Negotiating business contracts ° Some business financing and investing ° Forming nonprofits and guiding them through the tax-exempt application process ° Resolving compliance issues for nonprofits and businesses ° Real estate and land use matters ° General counsel services for nonprofits, for profits, and public agencies Existing book of business is preferred but not required Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school, CA Bar Please have 7-10 years of Corporate/Transactional Law experience Excellent negotiation and communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment Join us and be part of a team that values a collaborative and innovative environment, where everyone's voice matters.
