Job Summary and Responsibilities Our multispecialty group,
Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield , a service of Dignity
Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified
or board-eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our team in Bakersfield,
California. We’re embarking on building a brand-new, comprehensive
OB/GYN practice from the ground up to address the growing need for
women’s healthcare in the community. Practice Highlights: Join an
experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist in a collaborative practice
and share call responsibilities Strong mentorship available to
support your growth No in-house call required Emphasis on
high-quality care rather than patient volume Robotic surgery
experience is a plus Available Resources: Access to Gynecologic
Oncology and Perinatology services RN triage coverage during
after-hours and weekends Dedicated marketing representative to help
build your patient panel and connect with the community
Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation range: $360,000
– $421,000/year Excellent earning potential with a salary guarantee
period and productivity bonus Generous sign-on bonus and relocation
assistance Comprehensive benefits package, including health
insurance, retirement plans, and CME allowance Job Requirements MD
or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in specified area
of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) A valid and unrestricted
