Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive primary care pediatric services to a diverse patient population. Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions in consultation with families. Manage an average of 20-22 patients daily, providing personalized and evidence-based care. Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote wellness initiatives. Participate in quality improvement activities, educational programs, and continuing medical education (CME). Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (BE/BC). Active, unrestricted Medical License in California. Current BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and DEA certification. Prior clinical experience in a primary care or outpatient setting is preferred. Work Schedule and Compensation: Full-time, 8-hour day shifts, five days per week. Competitive hourly salary ranging from $110.00 to $115.00 depending on experience and qualifications. No night shifts or weekend calls required, supporting work-life balance.
