The facility features a collaborative environment focused on patient-first care, where hospitalists work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality outcomes. Details: Join a well-established hospital medicine team of 21 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers. Schedule: Rotating day shifts, 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM. Environment: Open ICU, no procedures required. Responsibilities: Rounding, discharges, admissions support, and cross-coverage. Patient Load: Manageable census to promote quality patient interactions and sustainable work-life balance. Qualifications: Board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Family-certified APPs with hospitalist experience also welcome Culture: Collaborative, patient-focused team dedicated to improving the health of the Oxnard community.
