Position Highlights Employment: 1099 Independent Contractor or W2 Employed with Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal Scope: Mix of Colon & Rectal Surgery and General Surgery Procedures: Advanced robotic (da Vinci) and laparoscopic surgery required Clinic Hours: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM, with flexibility in clinic and OR scheduling Call: 1 in 3 (negotiable) group and ER call responsibilities Environment: Well-established practice with autonomy to grow your patient base Compensation & Benefits Income guarantee: $350,000 in the first year productivity bonus based on collections Year 2 onward: Productivity-based compensation model Opportunity for long-term career growth in a stable group practice About Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal Founded by Anthony S.
