registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years OR RN experience

be considered. A registered nurse with expertise in operating room
nursing is needed to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a
fast-paced surgical environment. This nursing role demands critical
thinking, clinical skill, and the ability to work collaboratively
with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and optimal
outcomes. Under the guidance of nursing leadership, the nurse will
independently coordinate and deliver specialized care to acutely
ill patients undergoing surgical procedures, adhering to
established standards and ethical protocols. Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized
nursing care plans for surgical patients. Safely implement nursing
and physician orders, continually evaluating patient responses.
Anticipate and manage rapidly changing clinical situations with
prompt and appropriate interventions. Collaborate effectively with
surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to
coordinate intraoperative and perioperative care. Maintain
compliance with infection control policies, medication
administration protocols, and regulatory standards. Participate in
professional development and continuous education to maintain
competency and align with best practices. Contribute to quality
improvement initiatives and nursing governance activities.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active RN license with
operating room nursing experience. Strong assessment, critical
thinking, and clinical decision-making skills. Familiarity with
surgical procedures, sterile technique, and anesthesia support.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary
care team. Adherence to nursing ethical standards and state
practice acts. Effective communication skills and professionalism.
