Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time
opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist (OT) or
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide
school-based services to students with Individualized Education
Programs (IEPs). This contract position is located in North
Edwards, California, serving the educational needs of children
within the school setting. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
occupational therapy services tailored to meet the diverse needs of
students with IEPs. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and
other professionals to create individualized treatment plans.
Document student progress and maintain accurate reports in
compliance with school policies. For COTA applicants, provide
services under the supervision of a licensed OT. Participate in
team meetings and support students' educational goals.
Qualifications and Experience: Valid license or certification as an
OT or COTA. Experience in school-based occupational therapy
preferred. Ability to work 12-15 hours per week. Strong
communication and collaboration skills. Flexibility to adapt
therapy approaches based on student needs. Familiarity with
educational regulations and IEP processes is a plus. Location:
North Edwards, California (School-based setting) This contract
position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a
