Job Description Job Description Roles and Responsibility Assisting with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, feeding, dressing, changing of diaper, lite meal preparation etc. Assist customers to lead independent lives and participate in and contribute to the community. Find creative and fun ways to help customers learn meaningful skills and provide them with information to make the best choices for themselves. Supports customers to exercise their rights and responsibilities. De-Escalate behavior outbursts. Provide the family and 365 agency support with other tasks if necessary. Work Hours Morning Evening Night May be required to be on-call and/or answer the phone after hours. Working Days Weekdays and weekend shifts are available. May be required to work weekends. Minimum qualification High school graduate or equivalent (Required) Must be able to speak and write English 1 year of caregiving experience (Preferred) Authorized to work in the United States of America (Required) Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Preferred) Must be willing to work with people with disabilities (Required) Current CPR and First aid (Required) Live scan check (Required) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
