Job Description:
Endocrinology Physician Opportunity - Burbank, CA We are seeking
a dedicated Endocrinology Physician to provide exceptional
healthcare and perform selective medical services under the
direction of the Supervising Physician and Chief Medical Officer.
Position Details - Obtain health history and perform physical
examinations. - Formulate diagnoses and treatment plans, and
communicate effectively with patients. - Prescribe and refill
medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with
regulations. - Document all care and communication in the NextGen
electronic health record. - Collaborate with the Medical Group,
case management, specialists, and allied health professionals. -
Perform procedures in clinic, inpatient, and outpatient settings as
appropriate. - Refer patients to specialty care as needed. - Review
and follow up on diagnostic reports in a timely manner. -
Participate in outreach, staff, and patient education programs. -
Engage in peer review, quality assurance, and provider meetings. -
Supervise Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners as needed. -
Respond promptly to patient requests via phone or electronic
portal. - Manage patients to optimize outcomes and minimize
resource utilization. Position Requirements - Graduate from an
accredited medical school. - Board certified (current) or eligible
in Endocrinology. - Active California medical license. - Current
Federal DEA license. - Additional credentials as required by
specialty. Benefits Details Expected annual salary range: $260,000
- $320,000, based on experience, education, certifications, and
metric achievement. Total compensation may include: - Sign-on
