Valid RN licensure with stepdown nursing experience Proficient in
managing tracheostomy and ventilator patients Current
certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP as applicable
Up-to-date immunizations (MMR, Varicella) or documented vaccination
status Negative TB screening and ability to pass drug and
background checks Availability to work weekends is required
Commitment to a full schedule through late January and early
February is preferred Responsibilities: Provide specialized nursing
care to patients in stepdown units, ensuring vigilant monitoring
and response to changing conditions Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to optimize treatment plans and patient
outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient
status and care interventions Adhere strictly to compliance and
safety protocols prior to and during the assignment Location
