a talented Scheduler who has experience on small to mid-size jobs
($50 million to $500 million) or has supported a project scheduler
on a mega job ($1 billion). We have a unique style of scheduling

position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential
functions include, but are not limited to the following: Utilize
scheduling software to track and report on project timelines and
deadlines. Identify potential scheduling conflicts and develop
proactive solutions. Develop and maintain detailed construction
schedules for multiple projects. Monitor project progress and
adjust schedules as needed to prevent delays. Ensure all scheduling
aligns with project budgets, contracts, and client expectations.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work in the
preparation and acceptance of usable baseline schedules for
construction. Works closely with project team (project managers,
superintendents, project engineers) to ensure that schedule
information is communicated to the parties doing the work. Skills,
Knowledge & Expertise Please noteRequirements are essential, but
preferences have flexibility. Requirements: 5 years of experience
required (at a minimum) on small to mid-size jobs or experience
supporting a project scheduler. Ability to perform a monthly
schedule update and run a CPM schedule is required Experience in
heavy civil, structures, transit, or transportation construction is
required Proficient in Primavera P6/ Oracle Primavera Cloud,
Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good
organization and time-management skills Ability to multi-task daily
issues with longer-term tasks Able to work to set deadlines and
prioritize tasks Effective verbal and written communication skills
Occasional travel is required Driver’s License is required
Preferences: Civil Engineering or Construction Management Degree
(preferred) or alternative field exposure/experience will be
considered in place of a degree. 3 years of heavy civil
construction is preferred Time Impact Analysis, Delay Mitigation,
Acceleration Schedule exposure will define top candidates. Able to
receive feedback on work product, and work with a team or
autonomously. Occasional travel is required. Patience and a calm
demeanor with leadership skills or a strong desire to develop them
is preferred. The ability to explain things effectively and gather
