A company is looking for a Director of Identity and Access
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Develops strategic plans and roadmaps for the IAM program in
alignment with industry best practices
Leads project and vendor management for IAM solutions, ensuring
successful integration
Oversees IAM design, deployment, and compliance with regulations
while managing team performance
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in software development, with 7+ years in
identity and access management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field preferred
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and cloud-based IAM
solutions
Experience with Agile methodologies and relevant IAM certifications
preferred
