Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supply Chain Transformation
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical solutions and drive cross-team coordination to
address complex challenges
Develop vision and strategy for complex solution areas, translating
problems into business requirements
Lead the development of requirements for Demand Planning solutions
and manage Change Management activities
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience, or
Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience
4+ years of experience with S&OP, Demand Planning, and/or
Supply Planning processes
Recent experience with SAP IBP deployment and implementation in a
large enterprise
Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership with strong
relationship management ability
Experience in managing by influence across multiple teams/groups
within an organization
