Job Title: Senior Superintendent – Multifamily Construction Location: LA/OC Industry: Construction – Multifamily Residential Employment Type: Full-Time About the Company: We are partnered with a nationally recognized General Contractor known for delivering high-quality multifamily communities, including garden-style, podium, and wrap projects. Position Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent with a proven background in multifamily construction to oversee field operations on large-scale residential projects. This individual will lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all day-to-day job site operations Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff Maintain project schedules, safety compliance, and quality standards Conduct daily jobsite walks and enforce company and OSHA safety protocols Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure alignment on schedule, logistics, and budget Review and understand blueprints, specifications, and project documentation Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and milestones Mentor junior staff and uphold company culture and standards on site Qualifications: 8 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent role Strong background in multifamily residential construction (podium, wrap, garden-style, or mid-rise experience preferred) Proven ability to manage large-scale ground-up projects from start to finish Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in construction scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, etc.) OSHA 30 Certification (preferred) Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans What’s Offered: Competitive base salary performance-based bonus Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Opportunities for advancement and continued professional development How to Apply: If you’re a results-driven construction professional ready to take on your next challenge with a respected industry leader, we’d love to hear from you.
